Unfortunately, we had to cancel the NBBC due to a lack of entries. It was a great shame as the road trial had a lovely route of 30+ miles and a great selection of sections.
Instead, we were able to put on a trial at Rodgerley Quarry, open to all classes, with double the number of entries. The day was a success with fine weather and goody bags for the observers.
Well done to our class winners and thank you to landowners, organisers and observers.
Now we are busy getting ready for The Baa Classic, 10th & 11th July. This is for Pre 65 and Twinshock bikes and runs over 2 days. On the Saturday we hold an afternoon trial on a short route. On the Sunday we have an 11 mile route over the moorland at Edmundbyers, Durham. It is the third running of this event which is growing in popularity.
The trial is held at The Baa Bar in Edmundbyers which will be providing food and camping facilities over the weekend.
